ICICI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Udaipur conducted a Lateral Learning Workshop for women on 20 Jan 2018 at Shouryagarh Resort & Spa.  The motive was to encourage women entrepreneurship.

Lateral Learning Initiative is a platform for knowledge sharing and information exchange between financial institutions (banks) providing schemes for women micro-entrepreneurs and the intended beneficiaries of the same.

Women Entrepreneurs who have earned themselves a reputed name in their respective feilds were invited to share their success stories at the event. Akshaya Sidhwani, Founder of Vincraft – an E-Commerce start-up shared her story and spoke about challenges faced by women Entrepreneurs in India.

She further encouraged and motivated many women from rural areas who were present at the event to not be afraid to start their own venture. She has an in depth expertise at all things creative, and helps social media agencies build teams and a network of processes for their ventures. She carries a rich work experience of 9-10 years as a creative strategist.

Identifying success start up stories in Udaipur like Vincraft.in definitely inspired a lot of Women who participated in the event and further motivated them to start something of their own.
