Students of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS) Udaipur put up an inspired performance to secure 22nd rank in National level competition, Virtual Baja in Bangalore.

Chennai based Society of Automotive Engineers had organised the competition called Virtual Baja wherein over 420 teams participated nationally. Virtual round of the competition was held in Christ competition Bangalore. Team – Reckoning Quarter of GITS comprising of 5 students put up a stellar performance to receive a top 10% finish in the event.

This competition is organised every year and noted colleges including IITs participate in the competition. Team from GITS secured 8th rank in the written round and was ranked 22nd after the presentation round. In the presentation round, teams have to present a technical analysis of the electrically operated ATV including design analysis, simulation, fabrication and testing.

The event was organised on 24 and 25th June and the results were declared on July 11th.
