Miniature artist Iqbal Sakka has come up with a unique way of asking people to quit smoking. Sakka has created a miniature model of a cigarette, ash-tray and a human skeleton using Gold.

The model has been created using 0.5 milligram 23 carat gold. The model depicts a human skeleton lying inside an ash-tray with a cigarette in hand. As per the artist, he tried to depict the ill-effects of smoking via this miniature effort and urged the citizens to quit smoking.

Sakka claims that this miniature is the smallest of its kind in the world.  The miniature takes up less than half the space on an adult human’s nail.
