At the 56^th All India Classical Music Competition held at Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, Udaipur’s Hema Dangi (12 years) secured the 3^rd position in the 12-16 Classical Music category.

The event, a tribute to Late Dr. Ranjeet Singh was organized from 14^th to 21^st February in which 600 participants showcased their talents. Hema Dangi performed Raag Malkosh’s Khyal and Tarana ‘Saanwariya Tujhse Na Main Bolungi,’ informed Dr. Manju Mandot of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth.

Hema Dangi is a student of class 7^th of KV, Pratapnagar and learns Classical Indian Music from teacher Priti Sharma at Kumbha Kala Kendra, an extension of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth.
