The Associate Professor of Sunrise Institution, Udaipur had participated in a 2 day meeting held in Delhi by PTV Vision to discuss the latest and modern developments of software produced by PTV Vision, a professional transportation planning company, based in Germany. Professor Tanveer Alam has explained that various aspects of road transport and traffic situation methodology, which have been discussed in the meeting can also effectively be implemented in the planning of Udaipur’s transport services, public transport, traffic analysis, traffic simulation, modeling and for pedestrians. Dr. Gerhard Ploss, Director, Traffic Software Sales, PTV discussed on the India-Germany relations and also talked extensively on the latest technologies introduced by PTV Vision, which is a world renowned Software Company specializing in road traffic system software development.

Professor Tanveer said that “various reputed engineering institutes of India including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and IIT Madras have participated in the meeting which is considered to be one of the best platforms to discuss, exhibit and implement the latest technology and resources available to make the mounting unsystematic road traffic, more refined and safer.”
