Smiles – The gourmet Chocolate is a budding business of ‘Choco-Chef’ Vibhuti Vashistha, a self taught chocolate chef and entrepreneur of Udaipur.

Working fulltime as an assistant professor in Sunrise College, Vibhuti recently launched Smiles – The gourmet Chocolate with the motive to present delicious and tempting designer chocolates to the chocolates aficionados.

Printed Chocolate Bars, Exotic dry fruits dipped in chocolate sauce, Indian pan chocolate, gulkand chocolate are some of the most exotic chocolates one can enjoy at Vibhuti’s Smiles – The gourmet Chocolate.

With their implausible flavours and quintessential chocolate treats, they are also offering a host of gifting ideas for various occasions.

Recently she came up with ‘Tilli wali’ chocolate. While talking about it, Vibhuti said, “It had a chocolate with cream ganache filling inside and tilli/sesame seeds topping. So you have two or three sweet tastes in one bite!!”

Vibhuti feels that there is unlimited scope for variations in chocolate and that the demand is huge. “One must experiment and try out new flavours, otherwise you are just a cook by the book!” she added.

Choco chef by passion and Lecturer by profession- she says “I am enjoying this combination and haven’t made Smiles… as my full time profession. The degree of engineering has come after a lot of hard work and I will try and use it and balance for our own work. Because I also love teaching”

A year back her skill was restricted to her family and close ones but now she has got not just a handful of admires but hundreds of fans on her facebook page with lots of post of designer chocolates she makes.
