Principal of Vidhya Bhawan Polytechnic, Anil Mehta has been honored with State level ‘Outstanding Engineer Award’ for his exceptional work in the area of technical education and Water Irrigation Engineering.

This award was presented to Mehta by the former Deputy Director of Doordarshan, Dr. Avedhesh Kumar and President of World Trade Park, Anup Bharatriya on Engineers day, in the function organized by United Engineers Council, Rajasthan and Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sansthan, Jaipur.

Mehta, for the past 20 years, have been working for Water Irrigation Management and Lake Management through various organizations, such as Global Water Partnership, International Lake Environment Committee Foundation, Lake Conservation Organization, Dr Mohan Singh Mehta Memorial Trust etc.

Previously, Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India also appreciated the work of Anil Mehta.
