Dimple Chandat and Gopal Sharma are 2 such talents whose art will leave you stunned to the core.

Dimple Chandat

Udaipur’s print maker Dimple has created such wonderful pieces that her art been selected for the national exhibition. She has been selected by an institute that provides a platform to the young artisans on national level where they can display their talent. Dimple has created a painting based on etching technique and wood-cut genre.

Gopal Sharma

Gopal Sharma was a mechanic by profession. He is now an established miniature artist. His paintings are so well defined that they appear to be live-photography. Gopal Sharma has now been painting for 35 years. Belonging to a family of mechanics, Gopal decided to pick up his passion for painting and until now he has made more than 4000 miniature paintings which leave you wonderstruck.

He uses a pen made from squirrel’s tail. Paintings made through dot work are so fine that they look alive. Gopal has sketched PM Modi, Murari Bapu and many other saintly figures in his style. He spends around a month and a half on each painting. His works have been applauded by PM Modi.
