Kailash Joshi has been awarded with a PhD by the Janardhan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur, for his research, “Significance of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan in the development of Education in Udaipur district“.

Undertaking intense research in the field of History, Kailash completed his doctorate under the guidance of Dr. Girish Nath Mathur.

According to Kailash, he presented a model paper for education development in Mewar on his research.  His study also included the role of sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan in other subjects as well.  He also gave valuable suggestions on mitigating instances of lack of enrollment from the main stream as well as drop out cases.
