Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the mermaid ‘Bhakti Sharma’ at his office in New Delhi and congratulated for her recent international achievement.

In the meeting held today in the afternoon, PM met Bhakti Sharma who recently made a world record by covering a distance of 1.4 miles of Antarctica Ocean in 52 minutes. He was impressed by her feat and posted a picture with the open water swimmer on Twitter.

During the 15 minutes meet, Bhakti Sharma was accompanied by her father Chandra Shekhar Sharma, mother Leena Sharma and brother Shlok Sharma.
