Prof Dr. K.L Dangi was awarded with Indian Society of Extension Education ‘Fellow Award’ (ISEE Fellow Award) and ‘Best Lead Paper Presentation Award’ recently during the national seminar on ‘Extension Innovations & Methodologies for Market-led Agricultural Growth & Development’.

The seminar was organized from 26^th-28^th Feb by the Indian Society of Extension Education, IARI New Delhi at Rajmata Vijayraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior (MP).

The award was conferred on him for his outstanding contribution in the field of Extension Education. He presented a lead paper during the seminar on ‘Futuristic Extension Models & Approaches’ for which he was awarded Best Paper Presentation Award during the same national event.

Prof Dangi, Vice President of Indian Society of Extension Education is also the honorary Director of ‘African Development and Resources Research Institute (ADRRI), Africa. So far, he has guided 10 Ph.D and 20 M.Sc researches.

With more than 100 research papers, popular articles, 12 books, souvenirs and compendiums in his kitty; Dr. Dangi has integrated rich experience of 30 years in Research, Teaching and Extension as well.

Prof Dangi belongs to rural village ‘Dechra’ situated in tehsil Kherwara. He has been nurtured and nourished by Maniben Patel d/o Ironman Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. He looks forward to make his village a Model Village in his best possible endeavors.
