Pune Biker on 4000km Highway Expedition Arrives in Udaipur
To promote safe highway ride and share significance of safety gears, 26-year-old motorcycle passionate, Devjeet Saha was warmly welcomed by local motorcyclist group upon his arrival in Udaipur today afternoon.

Devjeet is on 4000 km. expedition from Pune to Ludhiana and back. While touring through different cities, Saha arrived in Udaipur from Ahmedabad today and halted for few hours at his Uncle Ashit Ray’s residence at Maha Sathiya, Ayad.
Saha has already left for Jaipur and expected to reach today evening, he will stay in Jaipur overnight, before heading to New Delhi.

Highways and motorbikes always appeal Devjeet who is a professional bike tester. “I have been given almost all new bikes for testing by companies. Today I have 20 motorbikes, and all are gifted to me”, says Devjeet.
Loaded with safety gears, Devjeet told UdaipurTimes.com, “I always wear all my safety gears including helmet, jacket, gloves, knee guard, lower and biking boots whenever I go on long journeys. Helmet is mandatory anywhere I ride my motorbike”.

Talking to the local motorcycle group ‘Bullies’, Devjeet infused them with important riding tips, safety measures and precautions while riding on highways.
Yash Nagda, Udaipur motorcyclist and member of Bullies said, “It was a wonderful experience meeting Devjeet, our group is very inspired by his enthusiasm and passion for motor cycle riding.”
Devjeet informed that, he rode his motorcycle faster than Bandra-Jaipur train, this unconventional race was executed in year 2008. In 2009, he took the challenge of riding 2560 km. nonstop for 36 hours which was his toughest ride till now. Devjeet’s longest ride was 7000 km. covering Mumbai-Delhi-Kolkata-Chennai-Mumbai.

Devjeet usually rides at 100 km/hr. on highway and prefers only liquid diet throughout the journey. In Udaipur, 10 bikers had accompanied him from Balicha to Maha Sathiya at his uncle’s house.
Raj Singh Parihar, one of the core members of Bullies said, “We wish Devjeet all the best and also thank him for coming to Udaipur and meeting us. This will help our group to take biking more passionately and safely”.
