ajshree Colony, a small residential colony situated near Bohra Ganesh neighborhood of Udaipur has celebrated Diwali Sneh Samaroh, a friendly get-together post Diwali Festival with loads of fun and entertainment.

The event comprised of honor giving ceremony to elders of the colony where special guests were invited.

Rajshree Vinayak Nagar Samiti, a committee involved in development of the Rajshree residential society organizes this event annually; it not only creates a friendly atmosphere between neighbors but also gives a platform to know each other.

The Sneh Samaroh was held at Vinayak Chaya Vatika. Together with a special appearance by the famed Deewana Group, the Chairperson of Udaipur Municipal Corporation, Rajni Dangi with ward councilor Madhu Paliwal, Udailal Patel (Bhinder Uppradhan) were also present in the event.

The program started with beautiful fireworks, followed by lightning of lamp and garlanding the picture of Lord Ganesha.

Many entertaining performance including special performance by Deewana Group, songs and poetry were given by residents of the colony: Suhani Chaudhari, Sanjay Bansal Chaudhari, Yash Bansal, Harshita, Akshita Devand, Khusi Bansal , Chunmun Sharma, Pushpa Khubchandani etc.

As per the tradition, a senior member of the society, Prakash Bansal was honored while new members of society were welcomed whole heartedly.

“Children need to be encouraged from an initial level to polish up their talent” said members of Deewana group.

“Celebrating festivals together increases harmony and develops a mutual sense to help each other in good and bad times. Such programs are really appreciable and everyone should participate in it”, said Rajni Dangi.
