Rwandan High Commissioner to India, Ernest Rwamucyo is scheduled to arrive in Bhupal Nobles College, Udaipur on 18^th April. Rwamucyo is invited by the college authority to attend a commemoration ceremony.

Bhanu Kapil, faculty of the college informed, “There are few Rwandan students studying in BN College.”

According to Kapil, “The College will hold a tribute ceremony to the victims of Rwandan genocide that killed millions of people.”

“Few Rwandan students who are pursuing bio-technology from the college requested to the administration to invite the High Commissioner on the occasion,” said Kapil.
