The meeting commenced with an inspiring keynote by Rahul Jain, International Speech Contest Campion District 126 , who shared his insights on "Lasting Impact." Jain's address focused on the significance of effective communication in leaving a lasting impression and imparting valuable knowledge to others. Following his thought-provoking speech, Pinky Bahroos, another Distinguished Toastmaster took the stage to discuss "The Art of Spontaneous Eloquence." Her engaging presentation emphasized the importance of quick thinking and eloquent speaking, skills crucial in both personal and professional contexts.

The meeting featured several crucial roles that contributed to its success:

• Shagufta Yasmin served as the Toastmaster of the day, Master of Ceremony.
• Akriti Jain served as the Table Topic Master, challenging participants with impromptu speaking tasks.
• Akshay Singh served as the General Evaluator, providing valuable evaluation and feedback to all the members.
• Meghana Mehta took on the role of Grammarian, ensuring precision in language usage.
• Prerana Rai meticulously timed each segment as the Timer.
• Nidhiben Patel kept track of filler words and speech flow as the 'Ah' Counter.
• Sanjan Shetty orchestrated the Hark Master role, fostering attentiveness among participants.
