Rajni Dangi toady asked Director of Local Corporation Tara Chand Meena to give necessary instructions, as the Development work of the city is literally at halt due to the strike of the contractors of Municipal Council on the demand of eliminating the necessity of securing S.T.P. (Short Term Permit) and to pay royalty on the construction material.

All the Contractors of the Municipal Council and UIT are on strike due to these forced impositions; hampering the development work across the city, Rajni Dangi informed the Director.

She also informed the Director that Contractors have already informed Municipal Council that they do not indulge in illegal mining, and whatever construction material they purchase is already royalty paid, therefore imposing S.T.P is not justified.

Chairperson took Review Report on Development Work

Rajni Dangi held a meeting with the A.En Samarth Singh Babel and Chatar Singh Chouhan of Municipal Council and scrutinized the review report of different wards.

Dangi said that she scrutinized the proposals given by the ward councilors.

The chairperson took review report of the completed construction work in wards 1-9, 17 to 25, 27, 33 to 35, 37, 39, 41, 42, 47, 48, 50, 54 and 55 and discussed upon the tenders and estimate of development work in the remaining wards.
