Vinay Bhanawat, who is already listed in Limca Book of World Records, broke his own record of maintaining the largest collection of Rs.10 currency notes with ending digits as ‘786’.

Vinay Bhanawat, who is already listed in Limca Book of World Records, broke his own record of maintaining the largest collection of Rs.10 currency notes with ending digits as ‘786’.

He set the world record for the same by defeating Mohd. Farukh in the year 2012; and now he broke his own record (in 2013) by collecting 86,067 currency notes.

Vijaya Ghosh, Limca Book of Records informed that, Vinay Bhanawat’s name will be added in the 2014 edition of the Record book, and this kind of record won’t be included from 2015 onwards.

Vinay Bhanawat informed that, recently a currency note arrived in his collection from Pakistan; the figure ‘786’ is printed twice in the note.
