The sequence of thefts continues in the city as an FIR was lodged at Surajpol Police Station today afternoon where thieves broke into a house and stole cash and assets from a house at Guru Ram Das Colony, Near Sikh Colony last night.

 

The sequence of thefts continues in the city as an FIR was lodged at Surajpol Police Station today afternoon where thieves broke into a house and stole cash and assets from a house at Guru Ram Das Colony, Near Sikh Colony last night.

Pratap Singh Porwal, Retired Employee, Union Bank of India registered an FIR complaining a theft of Rs. 13,000 in cash and 5 mobile phones. The burglars cut the glass of window to brake in.

According to report, the theft supposedly happened at mid-night when the family was asleep. When the family members woke up in the morning, they were alarmed to see the mishap.

The police registered the case, did the sight inspection and are now in search for the culprits.
