Udaipur’s Rajesh Vaishnava, Managing Director of Impact Leadership and Changeworks Pvt Ltd was felicitated with an International Award.

Ashoka Foundation (USA) and Boehringer Ingelheim (Germany) have jointly conferred the ‘Ashoka Changemaker Award’ (Distinction) to Rajesh for successfully completing the rigorous course “Social Intrapreneurship for Innovation in Health” for the year 2018.

He stood first among 268 participants from 58 countries. He also received a personal letter from Bill Drayton (Chairman of Ashoka Foundation). Rajesh has been awarded for going above and beyond in engaging with a community of Intrapreneurs in the Ashoka Changemaker course. The title is considered as distinguished achievement in the field of Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This award establishes an individual as a Global ChangeMaker.

Being an all rounder, Rajesh specialises in business management and English literature. With a 2 decade long experience in Career Planning, during which he has worked in Fiat Frankfinn as Chief Trainer and a consultant in the non profit sector. He was also invited by IIM Udaipur, as a mentor for “Future and Leadership in Personality Development”. He has worked as a corporate trainer in Amity University, Delhi. He also worked as head of Department of Learning and Development at Marwari University. He has worked as a behavioral trainer of police officers in BPRD (Bureau for Police Research and Development), Rajasthan.
