Udaipur’s Sanjeeta K.Kumar, founder & author of Litebite.in, a well known food blog has been selected among Top 30 Indian Food Blogs by Rediff.com .

Sanjeeta, a passionate cook, photographer and food stylist is currently based in Chennai. Born and brought up in Udaipur, Sanjeeta’s blog Litebite.in is listed on 20^th place with other food bloggers from all over the country.

Litebite has a distinctive content with numerous delicious and diverse vegetarian recipes by Sanjeeta. Because of her upbeat personality and passion for food, Sanjeeta and her blog have thousands of daily visitors and followers.

Recently, Sanjeeta has also started sharing food photographs clicked by her and developed her passion for cooking to creative food styling.

Litebite is featured by many national and local news media and also honored by online communities of food bloggers etc.

“Started in 2008, Litebite is growing and so are the readers who visit the blog regularly for healthy vegetarian recipes and much more”, said Sanjeeta in an email conversation with UdaipurTimes.com.

When asked, how she feels after so many years of food blogging, Sanjeeta said, “I have achieved more than what I sought out to achieve through Litebite. Apart from sharing and learning recipes, I started dabbling in areas I would never have thought I could, food photography is one such.”

Completed schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1986, Sanjeeta did her Masters in Economics from Meera Girls College, Udaipur.

“To me food is nostalgic, comforting & an important factor to connect with people and community” said Sanjeeta.
