Udaipur Chartered Accountant Mansi Jain teamed up with CA Palak Vasa and IITian Smit Parsaniya of Rajkot to come up with iAudit, a software that can complete a 3 months Audit in 30 seconds.  The software is developed by their company Infilytics Pvt Ltd.

The team's effort, hard work and skill has got their software to rank in the top 10 StartUps of South Asia. The iAudit team has received an award USD 11,000 (approximately INR 8 Lakh) for this achievement and the state government of Gujarat has also approved a grant of INR 30 Lakh, appreciating the need and importance of the product developed by the iAudit team. The software, says Palak, is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Make in India, StartupIndia and Atmanirbhar Bharat. Mansi adds that the minimum marketable version of iAudit is already deployed at Rajkot Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd.

• CA Palak Vasa, son of Dilipbhai - Avani Ben Vasa is a resident of Rajkot. He joined ITC after completing his Chartered Accountancy in November 2015, where he got the opportunity to audit various businesses of ITC, from Tobacco, FMCG, Hotels, Papers, Agri and IT. This experience paved the way for idea of iAudit - an end to end automated internal auditing solution.
• Mansi Jain is the daughter of Dotiya Manorama and Anil Jain and is resident of Sector 8 Hiran Magri, Udaipur. She has done her schooling from St Mary's School, Udaipur and then left for Bombay to pursue her Chartered Accountancy. Mansi completed her CA examinations in the first attempt in May 2015. Post qualification, she joined Ernst n Young (EY) and then worked for Deloitte, both among the Big 4 in the world of Audit. In EY, she worked in the telecom sector and resonated with Palak's idea of iAudit. Mansi leads the team of Chartered Accountants at iAudit.
• Smit Parsania, son of Nitin Bhai - Rima Ben Parsania, is also a resident of Rajkot, Gujarat. He did his graduation in Computer Engineering from IIT Roorkee, post which he worked with Flipkart as Senior Software developer for 4 years. Smit leads the technology front at iAudit.
