Udaipur, November 22, 2024 - Komal Meghwal, a student of Government Senior Secondary School, Falichada Village, Mavli Tehsil, Udaipur district has been selected for the prestigious Indira Priyadarshini Award 2024 in the SC category. The award includes a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh and a scooter. This recognition highlights her outstanding academic performance and dedication.

Academic Excellence

Komal secured the first position in the SC category across Udaipur district. She achieved an impressive 94% marks in Class 12th Arts in the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education.

Overcoming Challenges

Komal's father, Suresh Kumar Meghwal, shared that she has been exceptionally talented since childhood. Despite facing financial hardships, Komal balances her studies with helping her family in farming and cattle rearing.

The Indira Priyadarshini Award is presented to the top-performing girls in Class 10 and Class 12 from each district of Rajasthan.
