Udaipur man creates a world record for performing shirshasana for 3 hours and 33 minutes.

 

Udaipur man creates a World record in performing Shirshasana

3 hours and 33 minutes and this gentleman created a world record.

Gopal Dangi of village Rama in Kailashpuri created a world record of performing Shirshasana for 3 hours and 33 minutes. On the event of 3rd International Yoga day, Gopal Dangi created this record in Ahmedabad in the Yoga camp organised by Baba Ramdev, the Yoga Guru. Prior to Gopal, Jaylal Prajapati made a record of 51 minutes.

Udaipur man creates a World record in performing Shirshasana

He was awarded with a World Record Holder certificate by Baba Ramdev and team of Golden Book of World Records. Gopal is already registered in Golden Book of World records for performing Shirshasana for 121 minutes. He was also felicitated in Udaipur for his record.

Gopal is a part of Arogyam camp. He chose Yoga as his career and practices daily. He takes Yoga classes in Dhanmandi Community hall. He says that he had no inclination towards yoga but when learnt of the benefits of yoga for mental and physical health, he trained under Ashok Jain of Patanjali Yoga Peeth and Dr. Shobhalal Audichya. He has also performed Surya Namaskar 121 times without break. He can perform a number of difficult yogasan very conveniently.
