Udaipur’s 06 Raj Air Wing NCC Unit has won the best unit award in the State Level Pre Airforce Camp held in Kota from 24 Aug – 02 September. This the fourth consecutive year the award is bagged by Udaipur’s NCC Unit.

In total, 4 group headquarters of NCC air wing (Udaipur, Kota, Jaipur and Jodhpur) participated in the camp. There were 6 competitions in the camp where Udaipur’s unit topped 3 competitions, stood second in 2 competitions and secured third place in one competition.

Accordingly, apart from Udaipur Team, various teams have been selected from across India for All India Air Force Camp.

On their return to Udaipur, Colonel I. S. Sahdeva (VSM) group commander, met cadets and encouraged them to continue their winning spirit at national level.

The competition at camp was directed by Unit Commanding Officer, Wing Commander, Shiv Ram Singh.

Cadets and their achievements: CWO Anil Chohan in Aero modeling in speed flying, Meha Solanki; Bhuvnesh Singh, Cadet Hemant, Digvijay Singh, Govind, Devilal, Ambalal, Bansilal, Surendra Pratap, Virendra Singh, Mukesh, Bharat and other cadets in Parade; CUO Bhuvnesh Singh, Cadet Sarabjeet Singh, Ujjawal Sharma, Karan Vadhwa, Kanhaiyalal, Pratap Prajapat in line area and tent pitching; in health and hygiene Cadet Sushant Tiwari, Surendra, Nikita and Lalita received honor.
