Udaipur student Tops International English Olympiad in North India

Taher Saleh Mohd Kagzi s/o Orthopaedics Surgeon, Dr. Saleh Mohd Kagzi and Mariya Kagzi, has won the prestigious Gold Medal award by securing the first place at State level among North Indian states (Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh) in the third International English Olympiad (IEO) competition 2012 being conducted all over the world every year in association with the British Council.

Taher Saleh Mohd Kagzi s/o Orthopaedics Surgeon, Dr. Saleh Mohd Kagzi and Mariya Kagzi, has won the prestigious Gold Medal award by securing the first place at State level among North Indian states (Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh) in the third International English Olympiad (IEO) competition 2012 being conducted all over the world every year in association with the British Council.

It’s a matter of great pride for the city of Udaipur, as a 12 Year old, 6th Grade student of The Study Senior Secondary School, has stood first at the state level among North Indian states, and 150th at International level.

Taher Kagzi is a good Drummer as well as very fond of creating his own comics.

The organization conducting International English Olympiad is a non-profit organization established by leading academicians, scientists and media personalities with the aim of promoting science, mathematics and computer education. The Science Olympiad Foundation has been striving for over a decade to promote scientific attitude through innovative activities and use of IT in learning process that involve school students across the country.
