Tasneem Mehjabeen, a resident of Udaipur, made a notable contribution to women's empowerment during her participation in the PERSPEKTYWY Women in Tech Summit 2023. The summit took place on the 14th and 15th of June in Warsaw, Poland. Tasneem stood out as the sole representative from her state Rajasthan, making her presence all the more significant. PERSPEKTYWY Women in Tech Summit 2023, which witnessed the active participation of around 8,000 individuals from 85 different countries. During the summit, Tasneem eloquently emphasized the significance of promoting and enhancing women's involvement in the IT and technology sectors. Her contribution shed light on the crucial steps needed to be taken in order to empower women in these fields.

As part of the summit application process, Tasneem Mehjabeen underwent an online examination. The examination consisted of various questions pertaining to her skills, working style, and the reasons why she should be selected to participate in the summit. She was required to compose an essay outlining her qualifications and aspirations for the event. This essay was then submitted as part of her application.

Currently, Tasneem Mehjabeen is employed with the pharmaceutical company Novartis. In September of the previous year, 2022, she actively took part in the One Young World Summit held in Manchester, United Kingdom. Alongside her professional endeavors, Tasneem devotes her spare time to educating children, a passion she drew from her mother, Mehjabeen. Tasneem's husband, Fakhri Bhojiawala, also supports her in all her endeavors.

During the summit, Tasneem Mehjabeen highlighted that over 500 speakers participated in the event, each sharing their insights through thought-provoking letters. Tasneem Mehjabeen herself had the privilege of being involved in the Mentoring Sessions, which encompassed a total of 300 sessions. In her session, Tasneem shared her personal experiences and delivered a lecture on the remarkable progress made by girls and women in the technical and IT sectors, as well as the paths they have chosen. The audience engaged in discussions revolving around technology and IT-related topics, posing questions that Tasneem expertly addressed.
