In a shocking and sad incident, a Udaipur youth, Ali Asghar Raghib(26) working in a hardware store at Dubai died in a road accident on Wednesday 21^st Nov. Ali’s body was identified after 24 hours and handed over to his brother Hakim Raghib. The last rites were performed today in Dubai.

According to the information received by relatives and friends of the deceased, on 21^st Nov, when Ali was crossing the road near Al-Quoz Industrial Area, a truck allegedly coming from the wrong side of the road hit Ali, killing him on the spot.

Initially, Dubai police could not trace the resident or someone who could identify him but on the next day on 22 Nov, Ali was identified and his relatives were contacted.

Ali’s mother Fehmida Raghib is a teacher at CPS.
