It is this land that has also borne many artists who rose to fame and whose names travelled around the world. And not just mere talent, but unique talent…talent that sets the jaws dropping because of the unimaginable creativity.  One such name is that stands out is Padmashree Arjun Prajapati. Presently Arjun Prajapati, who has been over occupied in making a series of freedom fighters’ idols in Kukas studio, has also been working on a life-size clay idol of trustee of Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar. To give finishing touches to the idol, Arjun Prajapati was in Udaipur with his wife Kamla, son Sunil and grandson Krishna since a long time.

When asked about his latest creation, he said that this creation alike others gave him a great satisfaction. When there are people to understand and love your art, talent speaks for itself.

Born and brought up in Jaipur, this artist is known for his famous clay creation of “Bani-Thani”. He is famous as a man who can put life into clay. Because of his extraordinary talent, Amitabh Bachchan, Lata Mangeshkar and even Jagjit Singh have paid him a home visit. His forms of art include replicas of Indira Gandhi, Bill Clinton, Prince Charles, Bhairon Singh Shekhawat and Sachin Tendulkar.
