Susan Elizabeth Rice, United States of America’s ambassador to United Nations arrived in Udaipur today at 2:30 PM. She is visiting Udaipur with her husband and two children. Susan was received at the airport by RAS Officer, Bhoj Kumar, who is the protocol officer for this visit.

SDM Pushpendra Singh informed us that, Rice is on an unofficial visit with her family and Police Escorts will be provided for her security as long as she stays in Udaipur. However, not much information has been revealed as it is her private visit.

After arriving in Udaipur, Rice was escorted to Hotel Udai Vilas. She will take city’s tour on Aug 26 and is expected to return to Delhi on Aug 27.
