Likhil Joshi, who works in the corporate sector, wasn't really satisfied with the way he looked. He knew the damage poor BMI levels could do and decided to transform himself to be fit like he was in college days. All with the help of proper nutrition and amazing workout routines provided by his batchmate during MBA days in Pune, Vindeep Methani, who is a qualified fitness expert. 

With his highest recorded weight, 85 kgs, with a couple of efforts earlier, with no significant results, he took up his transformation journey under Vindeep. With the dedication and supervision under his coach, He lost 11 kgs of fat in 3 months.

“Due to the nature of my job & lifestyle, I couldn't be so physically active as before. As in college times, I was very much fit as I used to involve myself in a couple of sports, specially volleyball , but after joining work the lifestyle took a negative turn and it has started to show effects on my body. As a result, I had gained immense weight, which went on to 85 kilos. What was the turning point?

During the 2020 lockdown I finally got some time for myself and decided to take the first step towards losing some weight. I started my weight loss journey myself but gave up with no results.

Luckily during a casual conversation with my college batchmate Vindeep, I came to know about his fitness and transformation program, and it was like a ray of hope for me. 

So that conversation proved the turning point of my life as I joined his Online Fat Loss Program and started training under his expert guidance. With his amazing workout routines and proper nutrition, I started losing weight.

Transforming under Vindeep was amazing as his motivational words, positivity and dedication can keep anyone on the dedicated schedule. 

How did you stay motivated through these 3 months?

As I mentioned earlier, I tried many times to lose weight on my own but I end up with no results almost all the times. My Coach Vindeep, a Qualified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist and my friend, was the reason to stay positive throughout the online transformation journey. His regular check over me resulted in whatever I am now.
