Balaknath Tweet Suggests That He Is No Longer In Contention For Rajasthan CM

"Ignore Discussions and Speculations", says Tweet on X

Mahant Balaknath seems to have exited the Race for Chief Minister of Rajasthan Tweets to Ignore Speculations

In the ongoing speculation among the political galleries, public anticipation and branstorming within the BJP top brass for the Chief Ministers of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand, a Tweet by Baba Balaknath is doing the rounds.

In his Tweet, Balaknath has said that the rumours on his being a contender for CM post should be ignored and also that he is yet to gain political experience under the guidance of PM Modi.

His Tweet says, "Under the leadership of the party and the Prime Minister, the people of my constituency have given me the opportunity to serve the Nation. Ignore the discussions going on in the media and social media after the declaraion of the Election results. I have yet to gain experience under the guidance of the Prime Minister."

Balaknath's name had sprung up as one of the contenders for the Chief Minister of Rajasthan after his victory from Tijara and subsequent to him being asked to resign from his Lok Sabha seat to which he was elected in 2019. However, since he has been asked to resign from his Lok Sabha seat, there is a very high probability of him being considered for the post of Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan.
