Congress Blocks and District Chiefs started their Tenure

Amid the rains pouring down on the city of lakes, the Udaipur Congress Party Workers witnessed the seat accession ceremony by the newly appointed blocks and district chiefs of Udaipur (city) at the Congress House today.

 
Amid the rains pouring down on the city of lakes, the Udaipur Congress Party Workers witnessed the seat accession ceremony by the newly appointed blocks and district chiefs of Udaipur (city) at the Congress House today. Congress Blocks and District Chiefs started their Tenure Neelima Sukhadia, Mujeeb Siddiquee and Puran Menaria took their respective positions and addressed the party workers presented in a ceremony which commenced at 2:30pm lasted for about an hour. Lal Singh Jhala, the district president (rural) was also present at the function. However, Mr. Jhala had already taken the seat at a function held at RMV School till 11:00 am today. Neelima Sukhadia, the new Udaipur District Congress President took her position from ex-district president Madhusudan Sharma. Congress Blocks and District Chiefs started their Tenure The newly appointed block presidents are Mujeeb Siddique and Puran Menaria for Block A and B respectively. All senior party workers including Sajjan Katara, M.L.A and Trilok Purbia, ex-M.L.A were also present in the function which was witnessed by more than hundred party workers. A short speech was also given by Neelima Sukhadia at the event. In her speech, she emphasized on young party workers to re-energize and appealed to come forward for betterment of society. “I will try to make the dream come true of my father in law late Mohan Lal Sukhadia who wished the dream 30 years ago about enhancement of the Udaipur in all ways,” announced the District President. Lal Singh Jhala said ‘we pledge to make the upliftment of rural population, especially farmers by making their social and economical condition better’.
