Congress workers have been showing confidence in retaining the Ward No.2 seats as they expect to win the elections by heavy margins with the understanding that the opposition has lost public support and even the rebel votes will go in the favor of the Congress.

According to sources, Pramod Khabya is contesting on a Congress ticket and Durgesh Sharma is running as a BJP candidate, besides whom there are several independents also in the field.

On the other side, BJP is confident too as they have put in all their power to win this seat. All their leaders are expected to put all the efforts until the last day to grab the seat in their pocket.

But the situation seems to be in favor of Pramod Khabya though he is being involved in an accusation of being a outside candidate.

According to the sources, results will depend upon the community which is in majority there.
