80 people have been appointed to record video of the election process in 8 legislative areas of Udaipur. During the course, the handy cams were given to the officials today.

On the other hand, administration has decided to keep 150 polling booths under cctv surveillance while 25 polling booth will get web cams to get live video telecast of all the developments.

Handy cams were given by Election Commission today at Zila Parishad. All appointed employees will be prior trained to handle cameras by a private company.

According to sources, the government has financially helped Election Commission in purchasing the cameras for Rs.15 Lac. Ten officials will watch one legislative area and will record each and every happening related to the election.
