One of the most influential families of Late Mr. Mohan Lal Sukhadia is finding tough time between themselves.

Alpana Kothari, granddaughter of Mohan Lal Sukhadia has filed a complaint against her father Arun Sukhadia at Udaipur Session Court of selling properties worth crores of rupees without her knowledge.

Later the court moved the case to local police for further investigation. Alpana Kothari w/o Ashish M Kothari resides at Navi Mumbai filed complain against her father Arun Sukhadia reporting that he visited her in the year 2002 regarding some property issue and made Alpana sign 10 empty stamp papers.

Later, she discovered that her father has already sold properties worth crores of rupees with the help of those papers she signed.

With the direction of Udaipur Session Court, a complain is registered at Bhupal Pura Police Station against Arun Sukhadia under section 420 for fraud and cheating her daughter.

Alpana Kothari also claimed that her father still have many more such stamp papers where she signed. She demanded to get those papers back. The police has started taking the case further.
