Muslim Mahasabha protest against Swami's comment
Today in Udaipur, a mass protest was steered by Muslim Mahasabha on provocative comment by Subramaniyan Swami, President of Janta Party who commented about reservation on the basis of cast.
The protest was set outside Collector’s Office, and they handed over a memorandum in the name of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to district collector. Last night of 9th February, in front of media personnel, Subramaniyan Swami has shared his views on 2G spectrum case. He also gave some harsh remarks on reservation of Muslims minority.

Last night of 9th February, in front of media personnel, Subramaniyan Swami has shared his views on 2G spectrum case. He also gave some harsh remarks on reservation of Muslims minority.
“Swami through his statement upset religious sentiments of Muslim community of India”, said K.R Siddiqui, District President of Muslim Mahasabha. He also demanded Prime Minister to take firm action against him and also to convey a mass apology.
In their memorandum, Mahasabha penned that if their demands were not fulfilled soon; then a country wide protest will be observed.
