Rajasthan Government Crisis | Gehlot meeting Governor Mishra, will go to President if needed

Main agenda of the assembly session being requested was to discuss the current situation in the state wrt the economic crisis in the wake of the COVID19 outbreak

After the Congress took on the Governor of Rajasthan Kalraj Mishra for seemingly aiding the mutiny on board the Gehlot government, the Governor reverted with his comment that he will go by the Constitution only.

He had given a set of queries on the request to conduct assembly session by the Gehlot government.  The Gehlot team which included 102 MLAs in all are meeting the Governor this afternoon. Gehlot went to the extent of saying that he will go to the President if needed.

After reworking on the 6 questions that the Governor had raised, the Gehlot team once again submitted a request to the Governor asking him for permission to conduct the assembly session. The main agend of the session would be to discuss the current situation in the state with respect the economic crisis in the state in the wake of the COVID outbreak and the resultant economic crisis, as confirmed from sources.

In the meanwhile Congress workers in many parts of the state have come together to their their angst towards the ongoing mutiny.
