For that, the youth of India has to take initiative and come forward to fight against intolerance and corruption. He said that this is his best convention till now, and he strongly believes that if it starts good then the end would also be good.

Still large part of Indian population is living in villages; that’s the true India and the power of India is in youth, so this is the time when we have to touch every village and their panchayats to reinforce India’s biggest power, the youth power.

In an energetic speech C.P Joshi tried his best to make people aware with law of ‘BPL- below poverty line’ and ‘RTI- Right to Information’ He said that as we all know ‘how poor are overlooked and ignored, while rich class are taking all benefits, unlawfully. It is important for all tribal and villagers to understand these important laws and terms to fight for their own right. Our leader Rahul Gandhi has started a new movement of changing system by taking youth with him’.

There are 900000 members in Indian Youth Congress of Rajasthan state.
