Sushma Swaraj visits Mewar to support BJP Candidates
Sushma Swaraj, leader of the opposition and one of the senior leaders of Bhartiya Janta Party visited several places of Mewar to support party’s candidates for state assembly elections.

Swaraj addressed mass meetings and rallies held in Rajsamand, Badi Sadri and Udaipur. Sushma Swaraj reached Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport today at afternoon and proceeded to Rajsamand and attended a meeting in support of KiranMaheshwari.
While addressing the crowd of supporters, Sushma Swaraj targeted Congress and said that the present state government has misguided common man by introducing dozens of beneficiary programs which has no logical advantage to the people, whereas those states which are running by BJP have thought and worked for each and every faction of citizens.
Man questions Sushma Swaraj, interrupting her speech
While Shushma Sawaraj was addressing the audience at Town Hall; a man identified later as Pratap Singh Rathore, came out from the audience and interrupted her speech.
According to Police, Pratap Singh was caught by the people among crowd and Surajpol police detained him under section 151 CRPC.
Pratap Singh is resident of Sec-11, Hiran Magri and as per his statement, he was questioning Sushma Swaraj on Gulab Chand Kataria’s methodology against Rajput community. He is also being considered as supporter of an ex-BJP Member and MLA of Vallabhnagar constituency.
The speech of Swaraj was not completed as planned and was reduced to more than eight minutes after this sudden interruption.
Sushma Swaraj also attended a meeting at Badi Sadri to support Gautam Dak, BJP candidate for election. She later held a press conference in Udaipur and a general meeting at BJP office, Patel Circle in support of Gulabchand Kataria.
