Udaipur, January 5, 2025: The U.S. Department of State has significantly developed a notice to Congress regarding the plan to send $8 billion in arms shipments to Israel. It has been reported that the weapons and arms consignment includes missiles, munitions and shells. This move has been planned due to the high number of Civilians who were killed in the war in Gaza.
In August, the U.S. approved the significant sale of fighter jets and other military equipment by Israel by around $20 billion. The new shipment that has been planned includes Hellfire Missiles, Artillery shells and missiles, along with the Air-to-Air missiles. It can be seen that the president of the U.S. made it clear that Israel has the right to defend the citizens who are innocent and getting killed during the war. The present also stated that the country will keep providing weapons to save and support Israel and its citizens. By far, the U.S. can be seen as the biggest alliance and supplier of weapons to Israel. This is not only supporting Israel but also helping Israel to be one of the most technologically advanced militaries in the world.
In the year 2024, it can be seen that the U.S. paused the consignments of bombs due to concerns about major ground operations in Israel. However, followed by Biden faced a severe backlash which led to the partial suspension of the pause. Along with Biden, Trump has also been an ally of Israel.
