Nearly 50 members of the youth wing of Bhartiya Janta Party- Yuva Morcha carried out a funeral procession of Rahul Gandhi today at Udaipur.
A ‘mock’ funeral procession of Rahul Gandhi – All India Congress Committee General Secretary was carried out by the angry protesters of BJP’s Yuva Morcha from Jainio ki Ol which ended in front of Clock Tower Police station today evening at 7 pm where the protesters burnt an effigy of Rahul Gandhi.
The protesters were agonized over the alleged comment of Rahul Gandhi on terrorism and latest serial blasts which rocked Mumbai yesterday killing more than 21 people and leaving more than 100 injured. Members of the opposition poured out their anger against the Congress General Secretary’s alleged remarks and deemed them as irresponsible.
Jitendra Shastri – President of Udaipur Yuva Morcha said that “if the ruling government is not able to stop terror attacks on different Indian cities then, they have no rights to be in power and that they should leave their respective offices, instead of giving irresponsible remarks”.
The demonstration ended at 7:30PM, and the police force was deployed if situation worsen.
