At the 1^st Shri Nandlal Pandiyar Memorial State FIDE Rated Open Chess Championship, 10 lakecity players received FIDE rating.

The event was collaboratively organized by Chess in Lakecity, Buddhibal Seva Sansthan, All Rajputana Chess Association, All India Chess Federation and World Chess Federation.

Trainer and Chess in Lakecity’s Secretary Vikas Sahu informed that Ayush Jain, Raj Kumawat, LIC’s Jyoti Mehta, Naman Porwal, Amar Habib, Krishnom Bhavsar, Mudit Kukreti, Kanishk Pandey, Sanket Agrawal and Vaibhav Agrawal received international FIDE rating making the total count to 85 in Udaipur.

In the competition, around 16 students increased their ratings which included Mudit Babel, Divyanshu Babel, Manthan Chittora, Kapil Dadhich, Sudhakar, Yash Mandawariya, Bhavesh Pandiyar, Vedant Sharma and Kunal Chabbra.
