Rajasthan Royals (RR) received a psychological setback when team’s three regular bowlers were arrested under allegations of match fixing; Delhi Police along with the three players has arrested 11 bookies suspected to be involved in this illegal act.

In the ongoing IPL (Indian Premier League) season 6, on 15th May soon after losing match with Mumbai Indians, Shreesanath, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chawan were arrested for the alleged arrangements with bookies whereby the players were given around Rs. 60 Lac to concede pre decided runs in their respective bowling overs.
