Shane Warne, the Australian Cricket legend and all time great leg spinner was found dead in his villa at Koh Samui, Thailand.

As per the statement released by Warne's management a few minutes ago, Warne was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived.

Shane Warne was the first Captain of the Rajasthan Royals. Under him, the Rajasthan Royals won the inaugural edition of the IPL, despite being written off as a title contender by the media and fans.

This is the second blow to Australian Cricket in the last 24 hours, after Rod Marsh died yesterday after suffering a major heart attack earlier in the week. Earlier today, Shane Warne had Tweeted his Obituary to Rod March.

Shane Warne is considered to be the greatest bowler of all times - in his career across 15 years, he took 708 Test Wickets, which were the most for an Australian and second best to Muttiah Muralitharan.
