March 04, 2026: Cricket fans have watched Anil Chaudhary for many years on the field. They have seen him raise his finger to give a batter out, signal a boundary, and handle tense match situations with calmness. He was known for his discipline and strong presence as an umpire. But now, the former Indian umpire has surprised everyone with a completely new look in a Haryanvi music video. His bold and “badass” style in the video has quickly gone viral on social media.

After retiring from international cricket and the Indian Premier League in March 2025, after turning 60, Chaudhary decided to try something new. Instead of staying connected only with cricket, he stepped into the entertainment industry. He made his acting debut in the Haryanvi music video Goli Toh Chalegi, where he appears in a strong and intense role that fans had never seen before.

From White Coat to Strong Screen Role

For more than a decade, Chaudhary was part of the International Cricket Council International Panel of Umpires. He officiated in many important matches around the world and earned respect for his fair decisions. His final domestic match was the Ranji Trophy Final in 2025. After that match, he officially ended his long umpiring career.

In the music video Goli Toh Chalegi, directed by Suman Guha and produced by Naresh Jha under Epic Films, Chaudhary plays a powerful character. The song is sung by Diamond. In the video, he is seen wearing a black leather jacket, holding a gun, and smoking a cigar. His look reminds many people of classic Bollywood villains from the 1980s. His serious expressions and body language show confidence and strength on screen.

Fans were shocked to see this new side of him. Many social media users called his transformation “unexpected,” “stylish,” and “full of swag.” Some even said that he looks natural in front of the camera. The video has received a lot of attention online, and many cricket fans have shared it widely.

At the launch event, Chaudhary said that he was never afraid of facing the camera. He explained that he has done Haryanvi commentary for many years and feels comfortable speaking the language. He added that he enjoyed the experience and was happy to try something different after retirement.
