Argentina to Play Another Match in Qatar After Finalissima in March

Argentina, who won the last World Cup in Qatar, will play in the country again. This will be their first match against Qatar since 2019. Argentina beat Qatar 2–0 in the final Group B match of the 2019 Copa America, with goals from Sergio Aguero and Lautaro Martinez.

The match will be an important test for Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni. It gives him a good chance to solve selection issues as the team prepares to defend the World Cup title in the tournament to be held in the United States.
