SRH Accuses HCA President of Threats and Blackmail

In a recent release sent to the HCA Apex Council members, SRH stated, "HCA President Shri Jagan Mohan Rao is resorting to threats, pressure, and blackmail. Even before the IPL started, Rao threatened our staff by pressuring them. Out of fear, the staff wrote an email to him, recording the threats made by him."

March 29 eMail Clarifies SRH's Stand

The release also mentioned an email dated March 29, 2025, where SRH clarified that they had no complaints against the HCA Secretary, CEO, Treasurer, or other officials. Instead, they thanked them for their support.

Corporate Box Locked as a Pressure Tactic

SRH alleged that without waiting for a solution, HCA President Jagan Mohan Rao locked the F3 corporate box just hours before the match. He was aware that the box was allotted to Mr. Goenka, the owner of Lucknow Super Giants. According to SRH, this was done to blackmail them and pressure them into giving 20 additional complimentary tickets before the game.
