On the third and the closing day of Inter Collegiate Men and Women Athletic Meet organized by MLSU Udaipur and hosted by University College of Social Science and Humanities (UCSSH), BNPG and UCSSH were declared winners of Men and Women categories, respectively.

Today on closing day of the Inter college athletic tournament played at M. B. College Ground, finals of 4×400 mtr. Relay for both Men and Women were played from 8 am, followed by 4×100 mtr. Relay Race from 10 am, in the presence of esteemed guests, Dr.D. S. Chundawat, Chairman, MLSU Sports Board; D. S. Chouhan, Secretary MLSU Sports Board and Prof. Sharad Shrivastav, Dean UCSSH.

In the presentation ceremony held soon after the events, BNPG was announced as winner in Men category with 6 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze, while Government College Sirohi settled as first Runner-up with 4 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals and third place was shared by UCSSH by winning 3 gold, silver and bronze.

Among the Women category, UCSSH the host of the tournament won first place securing 6 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals; Mira Girls College stood second with 4 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals; while Bhupal Nobles College Rajsamand managed the third place in championship.

According to Hemraj Singh, Organizing Secretary of tournament, Subhash Chandra of BNPG was awarded as best athlete for 3 gold and one silver and a bronze medal in men group, whereas Sunita Garg of Rana Pratap B.Ed. College, Bhinder won 3 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze for her college and was awarded the best athlete in women category.
