Various athletic events including 100m, 600m races and 4X100 meter Relay Race, Discuss Throw and Long Jump took place on the second day of the 57^th Under 14 State Level Athletics Tournament, where Churu outperformed the other teams.  This event was organized by the Educational Department at M.B Stadium, and hosted by Residency School.

Among the various events, Abhijit of Ganganagar won the Gold, Sachin from Churu won Silver  and Vijesh Kumar of Jhunjunu won the Bronze medal in the Long Jump finals in the Boys category.

In Girls category Long Jump event, Krishna (Jhunjunu), Sharmila (Churu) and Jyoti (Bhilwara) were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze respectively.  In the Discuss Throw finals, Sachin (Churu), Purshotam (Ganganagar) and Jay Kumar (Bikaner) won the Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The Quarter finals of the 100 meter, 600 meter and 4X100 meter relay race took place in the evening session.

The Semifinals of the 600 meter race and 4X100 meter race will take place along with the finals of the Discus in the Girls category tomorrow.

The tournament, which started yesterday morning, was inaugurated by Rajni Dangi, Chairperson, UMC.  Later yesterday evening in the events of Shot Put, Sachin from Churu in the Boys category and Santosh Kumari from Sikar took the Gold medal.
