Udaipur Cricket Academy and St Anthony Academy have won their league matches

KT as well as Nikhil Doru teams are out of contention

Udaipur Cricket Academy once again emerged winner in the league match when they beat KT Academy by 36 runs on Day 2.  The second days run also saw St Anthony beat Nikhil Doru Cricket Academy by 6 wickets.

Both Udaipur Cricket Academy and St Anthony Academy have won their league matches till date and KT as well as Nikhil Doru are out of contention for the finals.

Batting first in the morning session, UCA amassed a score of 138 runs for the loss of 8 wickets where the main contributions were from Mahi Jeet Singh and Pappu Singh who scored 43 and 28 runs respectively.  The bowling attack from KT had Ayush Rao take 3 wickets and Pankaj 2.

In response, KT were bowled out for102 runs, thanks to a 42 runs innings by Ashok.  Kaushal Soni too 3 wickets and Daksh Sharma scalped 2 wickets. Mahi Jeet Singh was adjusged Man of the Match.

The afternoon session belonged to St Anthonmy Academy, who restricted Nikhil Doru Academy to 137, thanks to a 3 wicket spell by Darpan Kumawat. Captain Shahrukh Khan scored 40 and Krunal Kesri 28 towards the score.

St Anthony's wrapped up the match by scoring the winning runs with 6 wickets to spare, thanks to a 40 run innings by Rajveer Singh, who was also adjudged Man of the Match.

On the third days play, the morning session belonged to Udaipur Cricket Academy once again, as they beat St Anthonys by 12 runs.  Kaushal Soni of UCA was declared Man of the Match for his scintillating bowling spell of 3 wickets.

KT Academy saved face in the afternoon session when they beat Nikhil Doru Academy in a nail biting finish, by 1 run. Himanshu Patidar was judged Man of the Match for his innings of 49 runs. Unfortunately none of the top scorers in the league matches managed to reach the half century mark.

Ex-Ranji player and selector Shurveer Singh gave away the prizes for Man of the Match to the winners on the third day today.
